Who's Who in I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change

ED ALLEN (Stage Manager) is honored with the opportunity to work with such a talented and fun group of people. "It is very exciting to be involved in the theatre again after a long absence due to career constraints." In his earlier years, Ed appeared on stage in Virginia and Oregon in "The Music Man," "Jesus Christ Superstar," "Death of a Salesman" and several appearances with the Virginia Shakespeare Festival. He was a DJ with KGON FM in Portland, an alumnus of the award-winning Colonial Williamsburg Fifes & Drum Corps, and the proud husband to Misty whom he met in the Fireman's Kitchen in 2003.

MISTY ALLEN (Stage Manager) is excited to be working with Pamela Livingstone for the first time, in addition to this outstanding and talented cast. Misty's last appearance on HCT's stage was in December's production of "It's a Wonderful Life" as Mary Hatch-Bailey. Misty is a private piano instructor and the mother of seven-year-old Hannah and the wife of Ed Allen, whom she met on a blind date in the Fireman's Kitchen in 2003.

TIMOTHY BOLICK (Man 2) last appeared at HCT as Don Quixote in Man of La Mancha. Some of his favorite roles at HCT include Ross in Visiting Mr. Green, Buddy Toupee in Gunmetal Blues, Juliet (and others) in The Complete Works of Wm. Shakespeare (Abridged); and one of his earliest roles, Harold Hill in The Music Man, almost 15 years ago when he was approximately 12... (give or take). And to Scott - "I'm so very proud of you!"

JANET BROOKS (Woman 2) is a former teacher now full-time mom of four (ages 7, 5, 2 and 10 months). She is new to HCT and was last seen as Prudie in Pump Boys and Dinettes at The Green Room. She has also appeared in Nunsense, Gypsy, Grease, Guys and Dolls and Cotton Patch Gospel at the Actors Guild of Parkersburg, WV. Janet sends thanks to her family, and especially Greg, for their endless love and support.

JASON CADY (Acting Technical Director) is currently the acting Technical Director here at HCT. Recent credits include The Merchant of Venice (Salarino) and It's a Wonderful Life (Sam Wainwright). Jason was also the Stage Manager for last season's production of Beyond Therapy. He wishes to thank his beautiful fiancée, Aimee, for her love and support.

TODD EDWARDS (Set Designer) is happy to be designing for HCT again. His recent designing credits include the sets for The Merchant of Venice as well as the lighting for Beauty and the Beast. He holds an MFA in Theatre Design and Production and is currently as Assistant Professor of Theatre Design and Production Manager at Lenoir-Rhyne College.

Since graduation he's enjoyed rendering freelance communications and technology services to local and regional businesses, churches, arts and entertainment groups. Jeff last acted in HCT's '00 reprise of SHKSPR [abridged] subsequently marrying on stage in the Jeffers Theatre the following September. Musically, Hartman's been touring regionally with a variety of musicians as "Scott Jeffrey's Band" for half a decade promoting the release of his albums. Special thanks to Carol Anne for her support and encouragement.

NICHOLAS KUNSTLE (Lighting Designer) is an undergrad at the NC School of the Arts studying for a degree in Lighting Design. He has been involved in lighting and theatre for the past eight years. This is his third show as lighting designer, although his first one here at HCT, and has loved doing each one. He originally hail from Orlando, Florida.
